Done by Phat Joe’s in Miami Florida in his own shop. This is my first tattoo and I am honestly very pleased with it. I might expand this into a video-game themed sleeve in the future. I wanted something simple to represent my nerd personality and passion for gaming. So I thought of a retro pixelated heart as the core of that. Joe is amazing and I will definitely go back again when I decide to expand on it.
These tattoos were done by Sharky at A Stroke Of Genius Tattoos in Boca Raton, Florida. I dealt with a lot of bullying in high school and I got these tattoos so I would always remember that I am in control of what I choose to listen to and I can simply let the rest go in one ear and out the other. Now, before reacting to something hurtful someone says to me, I can simply look down and remember to breathe in and breathe out.
This is my third tattoo. I wanted to do something to represent the ocean because I’ve lived on the beach my entire life and it is a huge part of me. I didn’t want to get the conventional anchor or a quote that everyone has so I decided to go with a simple outline of a shell and I am so happy with it!

This was done in Santa Cruz at the True Artist Tattoo/Piercing shop, by the Artist Bonnie.
This one is for my Dad. He got me into Lord of the Rings which opened a totally different world to me. The words are in elvish and it’s a lullaby he would always sing to me. The song is called “The Prayer”, performed by Celine Dion. This tattoo means the world to me and I’ll always have it on my back to remind me when I’m going through hardships and long adventures.
My tattoo that I drew as a reminder that no matter what I go through, I’ll be okay. Also for my obsession with anchors and all things nautical. Done by Gemma at John Biswell/Made Rite tattoos in Portland, Maine.
I also drew my friend Emily’s lioness tattoo…if you’re interested, I’ll draw you a tattoo :)
Got these butterflies done yesterday, It went beautifully and I was allowed to smoke while getting it done! anyway, they are still in progress the smallest one needs more detail. They aren’t going to be coloured in cause I wanted a silhouette kind of style.
My lioness, drawn by Meag and tattooed by Stephen Von Staats at Living Art Studio in Northampton, MA.
For May 4 (Star Wars Day) my parents, my sister and myself got light sabers. They were done by Mike at Epic Tattoo in Phoenix, AZ.
The very first day that my boyfriend and I began dating, he gave me a large gold key on a chain to wear around my neck. This key was a great symbol to our relationship, because for the first 11 months it was a long distance one from Texas to Colorado. When I was sad or felt alone, the key was always around my neck like a little piece of him was with me. After almost a year together, we decided to make that key a permanent part of both of us by getting it tattooed on our ankles. There are several people with keys tattooed on them, but ours are unique because they’re exact drawings of the jewelry I wore. It’s been almost two years now, and I couldn’t be happier. Even though we were apart for the long length of time, we were always together through that symbol.
